@Leanne_T  Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but one of the contributors in the thread, they were responded to using a user name that is clearly the user name’s BT account number, GB239*****
It probably should be anonymised.

Hi, I opened up a new BT Community account forgetting I had already opened up this one a few months earlier. I now have two, but I only want one.

So I ask if this Community account, Buttons1 can be deleted.
