Hello, I noticed on my BT Community account in 'My Profile, it says I'm on Android 10. I am actually on Android 12. I hadn't logged into my Community account for a while,so thinking my account had been hacked and someone had gained access with a phone on Android 10, I opened up another account - this one. But it still says Android 10!
Another problem is that I can't add the email address I want to my BT Community account on @Koala456 as it says it is linked to another account. Please can my preferred email address be freed up, so I add it to this account

Hi @Koala456 is that under the browser used for last visit? If so, I wouldn't be concerned as it's not accurate.
You should only have one active profile registered to the community, if you private message me from the username you don't want I will delete it and that will free up the email address.
