Hello I am Ajay, I have applied for a apprentice customer advisor role which was advertised at talent.studysmarter by BT. I just am wondering how long is the wait for the results of I am in or not because when I looked up it says 24 hours but it's been 24 hours since I applied and got no response back and sorry just don't know if it's accepted or rejected. Please kindly help.

Call or email whichever department you applied to because no one here can help you with your job application.

I don't clearly know what department it's for but I think it comes under the customer service department as it's a customer advisor role and can you please tell me what email should I contact on if possible and thank you.
