Having issues with our BT Business broadband and VPN setup. The internet connection is stable but our site-to-site VPN keeps disconnecting every few hours, disrupting our remote office access.
BT support checked the line and says it's fine, but the VPN tunnel won't stay up. Getting timeout errors when trying to access our main office servers. Need someone familiar with BT business services and VPN troubleshooting.
Need about 2 hours of remote help to figure out what's causing the VPN drops. Must be working by Thursday for our team meetings

Wouldn’t it be novel if there was an introduction banner stating ‘Welcome to the BT Residential Community Forum’ when customers hit the residential community page. That way, all of those BT Business customers who incorrectly post on the residential forum, wouldn’t (presumably) waste their own time posting on this forum?……. or maybe the whole thing is too common sense obvious.
I wonder how the vast number of the 314564 members found the BT Buisness Forum.
I would hazard a guess they found easily enough without the need for a banner or being directed there from this forum.

EDIT: I should have added that any person joining this forum, if they had bothered to read the moderators post about the forum, and I know most don't, they would see that this is a residential forum and not the business forum.
