I have received an email from "hello at bt" titled "Your NEWLY UPGRADED BT Broadband opens up a world of exclusive EE offers."
Thing is, I've not upgraded.
The email is not addressed to me personally but does give the correct last 4 digits of my BT account.
The links go to btconsumer.imicampaign.io
Is this just an error on BT's part or a potential scam?
