I'm currently on BT FTTC Service I placed an order with BT on the 6th December for FTTP I was first given a date for the 21st December but openreach has now changed it for the 4th January 2022.

Changing your broadband package at this time of the year is likely to be a problem, as this is the busiest time of the year for Openreach.
Perhaps it’s wise to wait for your installation to complete until after Christmas and the festive season.
