ADSL Help Please

Hi I Have been with BT ADSL Broadband for many years and fibre broadband is not available in my area.

I have a solid internet connection with no drop outs but vary slow download and upload speeds, i mainly use it for online gaming so need low Ping latency  and Netflix and to download sky boxsets and upload video and image to cloud services.

My Question, is there anything BT can do to improve my Service?? Dose BT support ADSL2+M or any other technology to get a better and faster service?

ps I don't mind trading off my download speed to get better upload speed and lower Ping Latency .

Many Thanks For any Help.

Re: ADSL Help Please

@Medz_GB Welcome to this user forum.

This is just a customer to customer help forum.

Your ADSL connection looks very good and I suspect you are quite close to the exchange, so its unlikely you are going to see any improvement unless you are offered any form of "fibre" connection.

Bear in mind that ADSL normally performs much better for throughput and latency, than fibre from the cabinet, so I would be inclined to stick with what you already have.

Re: ADSL Help Please

you have a great connection on adsl2+ and one of best upload connection speeds I have seen on forum  unfortunately BT do not support 'M' nor is there a trade off facility
