Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.
We are currently on BT ADSL and are looking to switch over to Fibre (1 or essential). I was just wondering what the process is?
We currently have a BT Smart Hub.

Sould only be a short downtime while the engineer connects you to a port at the FTTC cab.
The downtime depends on the Installation Engineers ability to count and follow Routing Records. Unfortunately that appears to be a dying skill these days.
