Apologies to John McEnroe
Came home to find an orange light on front of SH2. On ONT the LOS LED was red and the PON was off.
To keep it short, whilst I was waiting for someone from BT to answer the phone, they sent me a text message with a hyperlink to a self help website.
I have no broadband and a poor 4G connection and they send me a weblink, they cannot be serious!

Re: Apologies to John McEnroe
@Anonymous
Just to clarify this is an FTTP issue?
You were ringing the FTTP helpdesk? They may not be personally aware of your 4G signal issues.
You would need to talk to the FTTP Helpdesk.

Re: Apologies to John McEnroe
@CJT80 With an LOS light being mentioned it would have to be FTTP.

What's wrong with the link? It's a form of self help & they don't know that you have a poor 4g connection
