I ordered Fibre Broadband on 23 May. Nearly 7 months later and I still don't have it.
5 or 6 engineers have visited but still no broadband.
All they need to do is fix the flashing PON light on the equipment.
Anyone else have any experience of this can that can help me get this resolved?

I have rung them every day for the past week. Alas it remains unfixed.
it's a routing/splitter issue requiring no further engineering work. Line needs to be switched from a cottage down the road, to my house. Apparently this can be done completely remotely and quickly.
All the hard yards have been done.
Maybe its time to lodge a complaint
