I received a BT Mini Hub today (BT logo on top) as a temporary replacement for the wifi being down. When I turn it on all lights are blue and once it settles, the signal light becomes red (Wifi light and battery light is blue). The wifi name appears on all devices (a mixture of Mac and Apple products) but none of the devices connect to the internet after inputting WIFI password.
I spoke to BT earlier, we went through everything the little pamphlet says, resetting, placing near a window etc and nothing worked. The minihub came with a Sim which seems to not be picked up according to the minihub website.
Can anyone advise?
