So I have 'BT App Extra' added to my subscription which allows 4 registered devices to be registered.
However, some time during the past few weeks the limit on my account has dropped back to 2.
Values and Billing say 'BT App Extra' is still active - and faults say it is too and can also see it is no longer working.
I'm told two other subscribers have now called in with the same issue.
This is for use of the 'BT TV' app - and not the 'BT Sports' app which has it own system of any 2 devices active at once - whereas 'BT App Extra' is a maximum of 4 registered devices.
Anybody else here found there 'BT App Extra' subscription is no longer working?
