BT App Samsung phone

the BT App is showing 23 messages (Unread) but there are none, How do I clear this?

By deleting the useless BTMail app and installing a decent email app such as BlueMail or Aquamail.

Hi, @rowandmar I'm sorry your email is showing unread emails, I presume they are also showing unread if you log in to webmail at www.bt.com/email ?
