Hi, Over the last year or so, my BT Broadband has been dropping multiple times a day, and recently it has gotten worse. Whilst playing video games online, I tend to get disconnected from the game, and after about 20 seconds, the internet comes back on without any delay.
I have tried the quiet line, but there is no noise on the line.

assuming you have FTTC please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .
If you are dropping internet connection and not just wifi to your devices that often then I would expect your connection speed to be suffering as DLM takes action to try and stabilise your connection
Someone may then be able to offer help/assistance/suggestions to your problem
