BT Cloud App disappeared and won't reload following Windows 10 update

Hi there,

I've installed a windows 10 update - 2004 and now the BT Cloud App has disappeared.  I have tried downloading but nothing is happening.  Any idea how I resolve this?

Hi @GLambert welcome to the community and thanks for posting, it may still be on your computer and it's the shortcut on that's missing from where you usually found it. If you click on the magnifying glass on the bottom left side of the screen and search for BT Cloud does it bring it up for you?
