BT Cloud System Tray, cog not working


I always have BT Cloud running in the background, icon is visible in the system tray.

As seen on some of the posts, I right click and hover my mouse pointer over the cog, nothing happens, even after clicking on it?

There's no way of finding out where the folder are that are configured to be sync'd.

I'm on Windows 10 Enterprise, insider preview Build 21313, pre release 210909-1440

BT Cloud version 20.6.1

anyone help please?
