Now running 21.2.1 from a link supplied

1. Still a folder added recently with 258 small photos (100KB each) not backed up even added a text file to the folder to force issue. Cloud knows that folder is there

2. Scans that should go to my scans performed this week not added

3. Still no ability to backup folders for other users on the PC as before.

4. Still having to create the folder list to be pre 1/12/2022

In Short BT Cloud even at version 21.2.1 is not fit for purpose

Agreed it is not fit for purpose hence 21.1.3 was released and that is still being improved. According to a previous post by a   Forum Moderator, a full improved version will be released to all user by the end of this month.

Unless BT use unusual numbering you are talking about 21.1.3 I have a later version in 21.2.1 so its still broken

The two test versions released to a number of us are 21.1.1 and 21.1.3. Version21.2.1 is not one that I have been issued, you maybe have a spam version.

Unfrotunately 21.1.3 is also pretty broken.  I have supplied logs to John and I hope that it can be fixed.

Let me assure anyone 21.2.1 is the latest version as supplied by BT Newcastle via personal link. Unless the spammer was severely sophisticated involving spamming BT texts, emails and using an email address that I own that only BT use its legit.

I stand by my assertation BT CLOUD is not fit for purpose.

BT have confirmed 21.2.1 is the latest test version I have escalated my complaint today for fairness I will not put on here however consumer law protects you.
