did you get to a fix with the dev team ?
it’s like the metadata is not being updated on my iPhone.
ive re-installed in hope this would fix it however nothing

I have noticed something when exploring my phones DCIM folder. It looks like apple have chnaged the naming on the folder structure which at a high level looks like the point my app stopped syncing. XXXAPPLE vs XXXCLOUD.
I am planning to copy my photos off my phone manually to my desktop clear them down to see if this then fixes it.
My wife has the latest iphone and it is working perfectly.
@philchannell Sorry about the delay, yes it did get solved, however I do not remember if I got a definitive answer as to what the problem was!
That is odd . I am on the latest and having the same issues.

@philchannell My iPhone 11 is backing up okay now. But there’s still an issue that’s with the tech team. I still can’t see all the content that’s backed up from my laptop PC within the ‘All Files’ folder on the app. It’s all there on the cloud website. Just can’t see it within the app. They’re working on it apparently.
