Hi my BT Cloud account has been deactivated before 60 days. I had started the process of down loading data/photos but not finished. I’m sure I have as few days left and asking I can have access to the account please.
Hi @Nedzanasus, welcome to the forum and sorry you can no longer access the Cloud service. Do you remember what date your account closed on? If not you will find this on your final bill. Please check and post back to let me know.
