I am trying to download BT Cloud onto my new laptop. When I try to install the install pauses and I get an error message telling me that some additional software components are needed and to click Yes on the Microsoft edge updater. I am then stuck as there is no installer and I cannot get rid of the error message other than deleting through Task Manager.
