BT Cloud is frozen - again

Desktop PC running Windows. This is the second time it's happened. BT Cloud update downloaded. Now the app is frozen. 

The little screen that comes up when you click on the 'cloud' - nothing happens. Can't access the settings wheel. Just stuck. 

I really don't want to have to delete and download everything again! Last time this happened it took ages to get everything straight.  

BT Cloud seems very unreliable
