BT Cloud - is it safe?

I can't work out what is going on with BT cloud. The post that peope refre to is 465 messages long and i can't work out what the current status is.

Can someone please give a simple update:

On BTcloud...

Is the data safe?

What can I do to make restart updates?

- btcloud says 'all files synced', but this is not true, the lasyt update was 8 days ago.

- neither automatic or manual updates are working

How can I get the app interface/client/dashboard back?

BT Cloud is a thousand times better than it used to be, and it's still rubbish. It's simply not reliable. If you need a reliable backup then BT Cloud is not for you. When you're system packs in you need a backup that you know is reliable. It's a shame, I have 1000Gig more or less empty. If only BT would let us use an FTP client it would be much more useful.
