I can't understand this, most competitive and generous storage space allocation I've yet to encounter as part of a package let down by a hideous user interface and other idiosyncrasies.
Can you please make it so that the user doesn't experience automatic log out timeouts, this is very frustrating particularly when the user is in the process of uploading multiple files. Would someone please pass this request on to a BT engineer?
It is a real pain in the neck and is the subject of this longer thread. I suggest you add to that one.

I find it astonishing that it is now Feb 2023 and the BT Cloud app still just randomly logs out (at least on a Macbook Pro) for no apparent reason. Totally useless and unreliable.
