I installed BT cloud and it doesn't work. I just get a message that says "We're initializing metadata which might take a while." In fact it doesn't make any progress and seems stuck with this message. I understand from other messages on this forum that BT can provide a new version of BT Cloud that fixes this problem. BT - Please can I have a version that works. BT - Why don't you put the working version on the web site.
