Having lost 40 min with the BT on line chat I am no further ahead . I have a MAC and the vursu protect will not allow firewall or auto updates. This was working ok last week. Who can I get in touch with to help solve this problem ideally a human and based in the UK
No idea as I am a PC user. I would just like to mention that ALL BT support staff are human and are UK based.
Have you tried the Mac support?
