BT Cloud works for a couple of weeks, then stops working - ie: not backing anything up for 5 days (except for 3 small files).
So, the fact it managed 3 files shows in can back up. And normally it would back up many files a day (eg: 6 days ago it acked up 100 files).
- BT Cloud is running, it isays it is 'synching'
- No backup for 5 days (except 43 small files)
- I can log in and view my BT Cloud activity (via launch web)
- Directories are set up to back 'continuously'.
- I have rebooted the PC and restarted BT Cloud many times.
- Synching is NOT paused.
-I have unistalled and reinstalled BT Cloud
- There is 259 GB of space left out of 1000GB.
- I added a new backup folder to see what happened...nothing backed up
- Usually backs up 50 to 200 files every day.
What else can I do to make it back up?
