I've just spent over an hour trying to get Windows 10 BT Cloud app to connect.
Eventually I decided to switch off 2 factor authentication on my bt account ... and hey presto i could now connect.
Is this a known issue and will it be fixed so I can turn back on 2 factor authentication for my bt account?
