I have lost access to my Cloud account. I tried to upgrade as requested by BT a month or so ago after which the app would not work. I have remover the app and re-installed a numb er of times by Cloud will still not run. I understand there was a problem with the original upgrade but would have expected a fix by now. What is happening?
There's a very well known and documented problem with the latest version of the app, try logging on at https://btcloud.bt.com using a browser
