Can anyone advise please. I have a BT account with 2 email addresses. I have set up BT Cloud using the primary email address and can see all of the phtos I have backed up tot he Cloud on both my Android Phone and iPad. My husband seems to have lost BT Cloud on both his iPhone and iPad, I have tried to reinstall the App on both his devices but getting a message we are unable to access the Cloud please try again. When signing in to the Cloud on his devices I am using my primary email address and password, but my husband has Mail set up on both his devices using our second email address which is his. Is this why he is not seeing the cloud any longer ? Really frustrated as we are using the Cloud to back up our Photo's but he can now no longer see anything on either of his devices. I don't understand why....any advice please ?
