I accepted a BT Cloud software update about two weeks ago. It deleted the software from my Windows PC and has not worked since. I have tried uninstalling the BT Cloud client software and re-installing it but it still does not work. Have contacted the helpdesk but not received any help. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is there a fix?
I am having exactly the same problem. Relying on OneDrive at the moment but would like my extra layer of backup.
