BT Disc - Tie a device to a particular disc

Can i tie a device to a particular disc? as i am finding devices on teh ground floor are connecting to the disc on the second floor and when i check the status the wifi signal is not.

For this example, my ring door bell video quality is poor as a result.

I have 3 discs, one on each floor of the house.

It's the device that decides, not the disk. You could try turning off the far away disks then turn them back on again. Hoping it stays connected to the closest!

its a pain..think i need to look for another solution..as phones in the kitchn \ tv keep picking up the disc on the second floor also effecting the speed - they do sometimes connect to the one on the ground floor but not everytime
