I have been WFH for last year most of the time internet has been great . But last month my internet keeps disconnecting 10-20 times per day for a minute and then reconnects only for it to disconnect again 30 minutes later .
I checked my speed and its showing 5mbps which is very very slow....
Any noise on your line? 17070 option 2, best with corded phone. You may get a dull hum with cordless.
please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .
