BT Fibre 900 Upgrade

Hi

I upgraded to the 900Mbs on the 30th December.  Since then I have been running speed tests periodically as my download and upload speeds are **bleep**.

My PC is hardwired and download I am lucky to get 200Mbs and upload at 50Mbs

I have power cycled the SH2 and also done a factory reset, as suggested by several  forum users who have had similar issues, but nothing has changed.

Any ideas what I can try.

Have you checked your order in MYBT to ensure it has completed. You can phone the FTTP TEAM and check upgrade went through 08005874787
