Our house was hit by lightning last night and the whole village I live in was very badly hit by lightning. Our home hub is now fried from the plug. Everything else electricity wise works fine.
a lot of people in the village commenting on how their BT WiFi isn’t working since the storm. I’m assuming maybe a cable was hit.
What can we do with this? Is it covered by BT? Do we need a new router?

If you are still in contract, report the fault to customer services and get a replacement hub
