If you click on the circle with the "i" in it to the left of the web address what information does it give?
Can you reach it ok if you change your DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 rather than obtain from the hub.

At the foot of the message below "Tracking Prevention" where it shows the sites web address can you try changing it from off to on.

I just changed my DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and the site is still not reachable.
Note that I cannot ping the website. The only temporary fix is to restart my home hub.

If you can not ping it forget trying anything with the browser.

When you are blocked from the website are you able to access other sites without problem?
