BT Infinity Activation Fee

I signed up for BT Infinity with a deal that included no activation fee and a rewards card. I have the order confirmation clearly stating that there was £0.00 activation fee. I've just received my first bill and it includes £49.99 activation fee. Can I ask why this has now been charged?
