My internet recently dropped, but when I went to look at the router it was still blue. I also cannot access the BT Smarthub Manager online.
Anyone got any ideas?
Try a reset and if normal reset does not help then try factory reset by pressing the recessed button on back and holding until lights flash and then try again. Remember to turn off smart setup
You do the reset first and if factory reset you should then be able to access hub manager and then turn off smart setup - sorry but I thought that was obvious
