We are getting a lot of disconnects and slow speeds just outside Farnham, so not that far from you.
Currently, the broadband is usually only up for a few minutes before it vanishes. Occasionally it lasts for over an hour. We have reported the fault on Saturday, but there has been no progress since then(!). It is now impacting me since I am currently working from home.
Not sure this helps at all, but good luck.
A noisy phone line will cause disconnects, so its worth checking that.
Already checked, my friend. Sounds clear.
Also checked for REIN, router firmware updates, the service status page (which I never find reliable anyway) and anything else that might cause trouble.
I cannot even get through on the phone line to escalate this, and the chat is disabled.
As I mentioned, this is impacting my work, since I am having to work from home.
