Re: BT MAIL SENT FOLDER

Are you using BTMail or a Yahoo email account ie, does it end in @btinternet.com ?

How are you accessing your BTMail account. Is it on a web browser or are you using an email client?

What happens when you log onto your email account using the BTMail log on page as per this link?

Re: BT MAIL SENT FOLDER

Hi,

It’s an @btinternet.com

i use it through the bt internet email account set up on my mobile

when I log via the link  the last email in my sent folder is August 2020

the odd thing is that the sent emails are shown in my yahoo sent folder but my received emails aren’t, they come through to the btinternet.com account 🤯

Re: BT MAIL SENT FOLDER

Which email app are you using on your mobile and is it set up as an IMAP or POP3 account?

Check you are using the correct settings as per this link

What are the settings for outgoing and incoming BT Email servers? | BT Help

When you log in on a browser using the link I posted do you see "Yahoo" anywhere in any of the logos.
