BT Premium triple handset phone

When first switched on, the 'phone book' contains entries for 'all handsets', 'handset 1, handset 2' etc, meaning it could be used for internal calls and to transfer incoming calls to another handset.

I've now loaded a number of contacts into the phone book only to find all reference to handsets has disappeared (I did not delete them) - so no facility to make internal calls. How do I rectify this? Main reason for getting 3 handsets was to use internal call/call transfer facility.

Look at the end of the list of contacts.

Phew! Yes they are there - but don't show up when searching 'A' for All handsets, or 'H' for Handset 1.

So by pressing 'up' instead of scrolling through 80 odd contacts, they are easy/quick to find.
