I called BT today and asked them if I could upgrade to BT Pro TV box. Woman on the phone was very helpful and tried everything but she was not able to order one for me because there wasn't even an option on her screen to do it for me. Her manager was unable to help.
Considering how poor the existing box is (e.g. the terribly weak aerial receiver means I can't get some channels eg BBC4), I was hoping the Pro Box would be the answer to this. But I can't even get one.
Probably the last straw for me. As soon as Sky Glass is available to new customers I'm gonna cancel.
