BT Pro box 'ghost' failed recordings

Yes I had that as well yesterday but so far none today???

Same again today, two 'ghost' failed recordings for every programme.

Is there no end to this, we need a fix.

Yes, this morning there were two ' failed to records' for each of yesterday's and Monday's successful recordings, even those which had already been watched and deleted!

Agreed...two failed recordings next to the recording. Must be a solution/ fix surely?

Recorded Dragons Den last night ...3 frames..2 failed to record and one recorded. Watched the recording and then deleted all 3 frames.
Looks like this is the way of the Pro Box unless we get a fix.

Same again two failed to record for every programme. Shame that BT are taking so long to get to the bottom  of this problem and the poor communication from them.

I really think it would be helpful if BT/Youview were able to confirm that they have been able to replicate the problem(s) experienced or not.

More double 'ghost' failed recordings, some were not there last night !

It’s such a weird fault, I don’t want to say mine have stopped as they’ll probably be back tomorrow lol!!!
