I decided t change from Vigin after 20 years to sky. Dish is installed, but BT cancelled appointment for phone line and internet. Sky cant help me. cant watch tv on the other box. I work from home so cannot work. Cannot do online banking, pay anyone etc etc. Tried calling Openreach they have closed phone lines. Anyone got a phone number to find out what is going on.

If you moved to Sky for TV and Broadband then up to SKY to contact openreach to get your connection fixed this is a BT Retail forum and no link from here to openreach
