BT Smart Baby Monitor (5 Inch) not connecting to wifi

Hi

I bought a 5 inch smart baby monitor late last year and for most of that time have had it set up on the wifi so I can connect it to my iPhone. Recently however it has stopped working.

I have tried linking it again but it is not picking up the wifi. The issue is not with my wifi as the BT Hub is in the nextdoor room and on the tests that I have done in the room I get 70 Mbps download speeds with no  breaks.

Has anyone else had this issue and is there a solution to fix it?

Yes same problem!! Has BT not helped with this since AUGUST! Terrible customer service. Not what you want from expensive baby products
