I currently have two issues with my BT sport app if anyone can help:
On all devices it says I need to upgrade my package despite paying 25 pounds a month as I apparently have a lite package.
Secondly, on my PS5 it is also saying that I don't have a package when one is clearly showing on my bills.

Hi @JTaft98 I'm really sorry to see you're having problems accessing the BT Sport app, are you getting an error code? If so is it ID153, I've seen recommendations today to restart your broadband router which should sort that.
Could you give a little more detail about the first problem please @JTaft98 ?
What device are you using? What are you selecting to watch when you see the error message? If you're able to reproduce now and add a screenshot to this post, that would be even better.
