So bought the boxing last night on box office to view online. All was working fine, a clock counted down all evening until it kicked off. Once it kicked off all I got was a black screen, logged out and back in several times but all I got was this black screen. At that time of the evening, it was too late to contact anyone. Went through to live chat this morning who blamed my internet connection, I found this odd as I had no issues with the clock counting down and had it been a speed issue it would off buffered, this did not buffer at all it just went black, my speed at the time was 50mb, it wasn't a connection issue, it was a subscription issue. Either way I got nowhere and paid £24.99 for nothing, even now if I go in to try and watch the replay all I get is a black screen, watching on iPad with latest version of iOS
