BT Sport Monthly Pass Rip Off

Took out a monthly pass to watch the Europa league semi and final and wasnt aware I needed to cancel it or it would renew automatically. Ive just been charged another £25 for this month. BT are refusing to refund. I think its unfair to make it auto renew. Anything I can do.

I highly doubt you can get a refund, you signed up online & the following is stated in the middle of the details page on the website -

Cancel whenever

Your Monthly Pass will renew automatically but you can cancel it whenever you want
