I have BT Sport Ultimate through EE and have activated BT ID. It appears I can only watch through the mobile app. I thought with Ultimate it was possible to also watch via web player, games console etc?
Can BT Sport only be watched through the mobile app with Ultimate?
I believe if you have BT Sport as part of an EE package, it's only for small screen access. To use the large screen app you will need to pay an additional subscription but you'd need to check with EE directly as this is a BT Retail customer to customer forum
There are 2 add ons for EE mobile subscriptions - one for large screen access, and one for Ultimate. You can have either or both of them. Sounds like you've just taken Ultimate, so still need to add large screen for access from other devices.
