LP103 means you're already streaming on 2 other devices, so cannot stream on a 3rd.

I have changed my password and still getting the same issue.

Can you not manually force close the streams?

If the live streams aren't you then you've done the right thing by changing your password, but unfortunately it's not possible for us to stop the streams. Your account locks won't be freed until the streams are stopped, or they timeout (8 hours).

Maybe you could add this feature. I'm locked out of the account and even though I've reset the password I'm unable to watch the match.

We'll have something in place before the new football season starts in August, that will limit the lockout to 30 minutes in the case that your account has been hacked (or you've shared it, and locked yourself out of your own subscription).

I can't offer anything better than that I'm afraid.
