Thank you for your post, but this is not the issue in this case.

I'm happy that I understand what's happening now though. It only seems to happen on non-local broadcasts,  resulting in a loss of quality when the camera pans.

(Everything is great for local broadcasts, e.g. Premier league, in HD & UHD)

There is no solution that will fix the problem from my end.

@Anonymous the HD was removed from the DOG on our app streams a few months ago. It's the same HD stream, but it didn't made sense to include HD in the DOG as we couldn't guarantee users would always watch it in HD.
